John Mavety (aka Mavety Media) is a Sydney-based Director, Motion Graphics Designer and Videographer with 20+ years’ industry experience. His directing credits include The Good Cop (Logie winner), Murder in the Outback (AACTA winner), The Von (Tropfest third-place winner) and Deadly Women (14 seasons on the Discovery Network).
Alongside directing, motion graphics has been a major part of John’s career, creating graphics for television, promos and corporate productions. For seven years he headed the graphics department at Beyond Productions in Sydney.
John is also an experienced all-round videographer, able to take a production from concept to finished product—writing, shooting, directing, editing, grading, sound mixing and motion graphics. From solo shoots to directing full crews, Mavety Media delivers big production value at a freelancer rate.
